A wide range of paired and multicore cables which are XLPE insulated. The cables are screened with an aluminium/mylar tape which gives protection against interference . Paired cables can be overall or individually and overall screened. Multicore cables are overall screened .
The standard range is sheathed with flame retardant pvc but can also be done with low halogen and halogen free compounds. The whole range can be done in steel wire armoured, APL, FR or unarmoured .

Not allowed for direct connection to low impedance source,e.g. the public mains electricity supply. It is not recommended for direct burial.

Construction
Plain annealed multi stranded copper conductor, cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, cores twisted into pairs. The cores are black and white. Each core is alpha numerically numbered. The cable is overall foil screened with a tinned copper drain wire. The sheath can be flame retardant PVC low halogen or halogen free compound in black or coloured on request.
